Duties
The Zoning Commission is directed to undertake a study to recommend to the Town Board the boundaries of various original zoning districts to be contained on an official Zoning Map, along with the appropriate regulations to be enforced by the Town at such tmie as a zoning ordinance or zoning local law is adopted by the Town Board.
The Zoning Commission shall, after it has completed its study, make a preliminary report relating to said boundaries and regulations and hold one or more public hearings thereon as deemed appropriate by the Zoning Commission before submitting its final report to the Town Board.
