Responsibilities
The Town Board is the legislative body of local government and has control over legislation, appropriations, and policy of the Town. The Board’s jurisdiction includes awards of contracts and bids. The Town Board establishes all positions within the Town, appoints personnel, and sets salaries and benefits.
