Annual Drinking Water Quality Report for 2021
To comply with State regulations, the Hartwick Water Commissioners’ are required to issue a report describing the quality of your drinking water. The purpose of this report is to raise your understanding of our drinking water and awareness of the need to protect our drinking water sources.

NEW Water Fee Schedule Effective February 18, 2019
Please take note of the new fee schedule. All current water user fees have remained the same, however, penalities have increased. Water penalties will now occur monthly instead of quarterly. Please note a 3% late fee will be added on the 17th of each month to any unpaid balance. In addtion, the relevy penalty has increased from 5% to 20%. If you would like to set up a monthly payment arrangement and adhere to the arrangement, you can avoid penalty fees. Please see clerk for more details.
